You will stay at our beautiful modern movement villa set in a wooded valley a few minutes walk from the mediaeval village of Biot.
All but one of our rooms are doubles (or two singles), each individually decorated, with music systems and ensuite shower or bathrooms. All give out onto the garden or a large terrace overlooking the garden. The single room has no ensuite shower and does not give onto the garden and is charged at £150 per week less.
You will eat delicious healthy food based on the recipes of famous chef Ottolenghi and drink local Provencal wines.
Your week will combine painting and drawing workshops with local artists, with visits to the Chagall, Matisse , Picasso and Fernand Leger museums as well as the world renowned Fondation Maeght.
On two evenings we will arrange for those who wish it, to go to the opera or a jazz club in Nice, Antibes or Cannes.
If you wish to bring a non-participating partner, they will be free to relax in the gardens, use the pool, listen to music in the lounge or read in the library.
The group size will be of 7-9 people which we have found is the most ideal for art workshops. .
Prices: £995 per person per week or £1,595 for two participants sharing a room excluding flights. (A non participating partner sharing a room will be charged £200 less, or £100 less if they wish to visit the galleries). Breakfast, lunch and evening meals (including wine) at the villa are provided. Meals out and tickets for jazz, opera, etc will be charged to you as extra. You will need to arrange your own flights to Nice Airport which is 15 minutes drive from the villa. We will arrange the transfer from the airport. If you wish to rent a car you will be able to park it at the villa.
